Our Policies
Payment
We accept payment online through PhonePe only — UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and wallets as supported by PhonePe. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any order, retail or wholesale. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified on our end — not merely when PhonePe redirects you back to our site.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
All sales are final — no returns or refunds once an order is placed. This applies to every order, retail or wholesale — once payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. See our full Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy for the complete terms.
If something is wrong with your order
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or a wrong item was packed by us, please contact us with your order number and photos within 1 day of delivery so we can look into it.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are prepared fresh and dispatched from our kitchen in Bathinda, Punjab via registered domestic courier or speed post, within 2 days of the order/payment. Once payment is confirmed, your order moves through these stages: Packed → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered. You can check your order's current stage at any time using your order number and the phone number used at checkout, on our Track Order page. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
Wholesale / vendor orders
Wholesale pricing is only available to vendor accounts approved by Mahadevi Ventures. Minimum order quantities apply per product for wholesale orders. All policies on this page — payment, shipping, cancellations/returns/refunds — apply equally to wholesale orders.
